- [ ] Sign into the video link ~15 minutes before event starts for sound/audio check
- [ ] Disable screen annotation
- [ ] Decide whether you'd like questions/comments during/after the presentation
Checklist for organizers
- [ ] Check speaker's preferences for Q&A format / recordings
- [ ] Set timer for Q&A period
- [ ] Prepare remarks for pre/post speaker
- [ ] Share meeting recording with speaker for review
- [ ] Edit + upload recording to YouTube
- [ ] Get links to slides / referenced blog posts, and update website.
